The country has witnessed waves of migration for various reasons, including the search for better job opportunities, or escaping conflicts and disputes. With the deterioration of the economic and political situation in recent years, many Yemenis have begun to look to migration as a means of improving their standard of living. • Delivery Details The visit was carried out by Dr. Amr Maadikarb Al-Hamdani, member of the Advertising Committee and member of the Shura Council, and Mr. Al-Azzi Al-Salwi, member of the Advertising Committee and advisor to the Ministry of Expatriate Affairs. Two printed copies of the study were delivered, reflecting the importance of the subject and the need to document it. • Study Content The study addresses several main axes, including: 1. *Economic impacts*: The study shows how migration contributes to strengthening the local economy through expatriate remittances, which represent a lifeline for many families. Figures show that expatriate remittances constitute a large part of the gross domestic product, which contributes to improving the standard of living and supporting small businesses. 2. Social changes: The study focuses on the impact of migration on the demographic structure in Yemen. Migration not only leads to the loss of skills, but also contributes to a rich cultural diversity that benefits society. The study also addresses the challenges facing immigrants in host societies, including integration problems and discrimination. 3. The positive role of Yemeni immigrants: The study highlights the positive role played by Yemeni immigrants in host countries. They not only contribute to the economy through work and paying taxes, but also contribute to enriching local cultures. They also create strong support networks for new immigrants, facilitating the integration process. In addition, many of them participate in volunteer work and social initiatives, which strengthens relations between communities and contributes to building a cohesive society. The findings of the study can help improve relations between Yemen and host communities, and enhance mutual understanding. • Conclusion With this step, the Yemeni government confirms its commitment to understanding migration issues and their consequences, which facilitates informed decisions that benefit citizens and society as a whole. By promoting dialogue and knowledge exchange, there can be a positive impact on the lives of migrants and their families, contributing to building a better future for Yemen.
