Migration was one of the prominent phenomena accompanying the Hadramis since ancient times, representing a vital economic, political, and civilizational activity in their lives. However, the role of Hadhrami Arabs was not just limited to India, but also in various parts of Southeast, South Asia, and East Africa, where their accomplishments are visible and constitute a substantial presence.
Hadramis have always played a tangible economic, political, and social role in countries where they migrated but their roles were often overlooked. Therefore, the researcher, Jamal Hizam Mohammed Al-Nathsari in this part of the study aims to shed light on modern Hadhrami migrations to India and their military, economic, and cultural impacts from the mid-19th century to the mid-20th century. He also discusses the Yemeni-Hadhrami Migration to Indonesia and its impacts from the mid-19th century to the late 20th century.
