The study was conducted on two levels; the first level was in Yemen, covering the governorates of Taiz, Hadramout, Lahj, and Abyan, while the second level included Ethiopia from the African continent, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, Indonesia and India from Asia continent. The study also included the United States of America and Canada from the North America continent, while the United Kingdom represented the continent of Europe.
