Dr. Sultan Al-Azazi, poet, critic, and visual artist, received a copy of an in-depth study on the reciprocal effects of Yemeni migration. This study is particularly important in light of the current circumstances facing Yemen and the growing global interest in migration issues and their complex impacts.
The study was delivered at the headquarters of the Al-Khair Foundation for Social Development, in the presence of a group of prominent figures, including Dr. Amr Madikarib Al-Hamdani, member of the Shura Council; Mr. Al-Azzi Al-Salwi, advisor to the Ministry of Expatriate Affairs; and Ms. Salwa Muhammad Muharram, director of the Al-Khair Center for Training and Social Development.
This study sheds light on the dimensions of Yemeni migration from a multifaceted perspective, extending beyond the economic impact to include social and cultural influences. In light of the increasing challenges driving Yemenis to migrate, this study constitutes an important tool for understanding the reality of migrants and offering innovative solutions to improve their conditions and promote their rights.
