Professor Ahmed Naji Al-Nabhani receives a study on the mutual effects of Yemeni migration.

In a significant event that reflects the importance of migration issues and their impact on Yemeni society, Professor Ahmed Naji Al-Nabhani, former Secretary-General of the Yemeni Writers and Authors Union, received a copy of an in-depth study on the reciprocal effects of Yemeni migration. This step comes as part of efforts to raise awareness about human rights and freedoms in Yemen. Study Delivery The study was delivered at the headquarters of the Al-Khair Foundation for Social Development. The copy was delivered by Dr. Amr Madikarib Al-Hamdani, a member of the Shura Council and a member of the Publicity Committee; Professor Al-Azzi Al-Salwi, advisor to the Ministry of Expatriate Affairs and a member of the Publicity Committee; and Professor Salwa Muharram, Director of the Al-Khair Center for Training and Social Development. Importance of the Study The study examines the economic, social, and cultural impacts of migration on Yemen. Given the current circumstances in Yemen, the number of migrants is increasing, calling for a study of the effects of this phenomenon on the country and society. This study is expected to contribute to providing new insights on how to address migration issues and promote the rights of migrants and refugees. Migration and Migrant Issues Migration is a crucial issue affecting many families and communities in Yemen. Many young people migrate in search of better job opportunities or to escape conflict and economic challenges. This mass displacement is causing profound changes in the social and economic structure, requiring special attention from national and international policies. These circumstances require providing support and assistance to migrants, guaranteeing their rights to work and a dignified life, and promoting integration between migrants and host communities. Event Closing Al-Nabhani expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the authors of this study, praising the importance of collective action and cooperation among various parties to promote human rights in Yemen. It is expected that this study will have a positive impact on future discussions on migration issues and contribute to the formulation of more just and equitable policies for migrants. In a time of rapid change and increasing challenges, migration issues remain at the heart of national discussions.
