Sana'a, March 7, 2019: A comprehensive study on the mutual impacts of Yemeni migration was delivered to Mr. Abdo Al-Jundi, Deputy Chairman of the Shura Council, at the Shura Council Office.
The Shura Council witnessed a notable event where Mr. Al-Azzi Al-Salwi, member of the Publicity Committee and Advisor to the Ministry of Expatriate Affairs, and Dr. Amr Maadikarb Al-Hamdani, member of the Publicity Committee and member of the Shura Council, delivered a printed copy of the study to Al-Jundi.
The study addresses the economic, social and cultural impacts of Yemeni migration, highlighting the opportunities and challenges faced by migrants as well as their impact on the homeland. This study is expected to contribute to shedding light on the necessary policies to support migrants and create a positive environment that enhances Yemen's benefit from this phenomenon.
