Delivering a Copy of 'The Mutual Effects of Yemeni Migration' Study to Al-Saeedah Satellite TV Representative

As part of the communication efforts between research bodies and media outlets, and in line with the keen interest in expatriate issues and documenting the impact of Yemeni migration, Dr. Amr Ma'adikarib Al-Hamdani (Member of the Shura Council and Member of the Declaration Committee) and Mr. Al-Ezi Al-Salwi (Advisor to the Ministry of Expatriates Affairs and Member of the Declaration Committee) presented two copies of the study titled *"The Mutual Effects of Yemeni Migration"* to Mr. Radwan Al-Salwi, representative of Al-Saeedah Satellite TV Channel. This step comes in the context of supporting knowledge dissemination and enabling the media to play a broader role in broadcasting documented scientific content to the public.

This, in turn, enhances deep societal understanding of migration’s effects on Yemen. Migration is not limited to its direct repercussions on individuals; its effects extend to the structure of society, family relations, and the national economy, in addition to the opportunities generated through Yemen's connection with its diaspora. According to the study's core themes, the mutual effects of Yemeni migration address the nature of reciprocal influences between Yemen and its migrants. This includes social and economic impacts, the role of remittances in supporting families and the economy, as well as the exchange of expertise and the potential benefits returning to the homeland in terms of opportunities, relationships, and gradual transformations.

The study also highlights how migration can serve as a source of interaction and knowledge when managed with awareness and guidance, rather than being a reality left unaddressed. By delivering these copies to the representative of Al-Saeedah Channel, the initiators hope that the study will be featured within media content that reflects its value. They aim to clarify the findings for readers and viewers in an interactive manner, allowing for a responsible discussion on the role of expatriates, the challenges accompanying this phenomenon, and the available options to maximize its benefits. Furthermore, this initiative reflects a clear desire to strengthen partnerships between relevant institutions and entities, providing scientific material that helps decision-makers and interested parties gain a deeper understanding of the current reality. This ultimately leads to more effective proposals and programs that serve expatriates, support domestic development, and positively impact Yemeni society in both the short and long term.
