The Al-Khair Foundation for Development continued its program to promote the scientific encyclopedia "The Mutual Effects of Yemeni Migration. Mrs.Salwa Muharram, accompanied by Dr. Amr Ma'dikarib Al-Hamdani, a member of the Shura Council, and Professor Al-Azzi Al-Salawi, advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, presented a copy of the encyclopedia to Professor Abdul Jalil Al-Mawari, former Deputy Director of the Moral Guidance Department and former Editor-in-Chief of the newspapers 13 June and 26 September.

Representatives of the Foundation emphasized that this initiative is part of its efforts to disseminate scientific knowledge and promote interest in national studies that document the Yemeni experience of migration and expatriation, and the resulting mutual impacts between Yemenis and their host communities throughout various historical periods.

Professor Abdul Jalil Al-Mawari praised the high academic standard of the encyclopedia, considering it a valuable addition to the Yemeni library and a contribution to preserving an important aspect of national memory. He also noted its role in introducing new generations to the contributions of Yemenis around the world.

Those present stressed the importance of continuing cultural initiatives that link research institutions with intellectual and media elites, in order to promote a culture of scientific research and serve the national identity.
